Hayley is your local practice owner, who started in dentistry as a school leaver initially on reception. She has gone on to qualify and register in Dental Nursing, Dental Radiography & Oral Health Education. In 2008, she qualified with Dual Diplomas in Dental Hygiene & Therapy from Queen Mary University, London.
She has also completed training in teeth whitening, facial aesthetics, IPL & laser hair removal. Now with her own practice, Hayley has a particular interest in working with children and nervous patients to help them overcome their fears.
Dr Syed Qasim Ali

Award winning Cosmetic Dentist
Syed qualified from the University of Birmingham and has been awarded the prestigious Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. Syed is also a member of Royal college of Surgeons of Edinburgh following successful completion of her membership examinations.
Dr Qasim Ali is passionate about postgraduate training and has travelled around the world to receive advanced training in the field of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has an interest in the field of treatment of tooth wear and minimally invasive smile makeovers.
Previously, Dr Qasim Ali worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in the Midlands where he received training in field of oral surgery, head and neck oncology and complex extractions. He was responsible for the management and treatment of emergencies and facial trauma

Dr Hayley graduated from King’s college university. She has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry such as Invisalign and advanced restorative treatment and as a result has since undertaken a Diploma in restorative and Aesthetic dentistry.
She enjoys learning and continues to advance her knowledge to ensure she can provide great results and has commenced a Diploma in porcelain veneers and occlusion.
Outside of dentistry, you will find Hayley out on walks with her dog, reading a book or practicing yoga

Ayesha is an experienced dental nurse and receptionist with 7 years of expertise in supporting exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinical operations. A final-year BSc Dental Hygiene student at Eastman Dental Hospital, she is just six months away from full registration.
Ayesha has a special interest in treating special care patients, including those undergoing cancer treatment, and takes pride in providing compassionate and tailored care to meet their unique needs. Ayesha's friendly demeanour makes her especially popular with paediatric patients, creating a comfortable and positive experience for children and dentally nervous patients visiting the dental practice.

As our receptionist, Lucie is known for her bubbly personality, confidence, and outstanding customer service, helping every patient feel comfortable from the moment they get in touch. She prides herself on making appointment booking quick, easy, and stress-free, and is always happy to help with any questions you may have. With her warm, reassuring manner, Lucie has a natural ability to put even the most nervous patients at ease, ensuring your experience with us starts on a positive note.

Alex has a love for all things compliance, and ensures that Elite Smiles Dental and Beauty remains on top of their compliance requirements.
She began her journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2004, qualifying in 2006.
After discovering a talent and interest in training, Alex also became a qualified Dental Nurse Tutor & Assessor in 2009 before gaining experience as a Practice Manager/CQC Registered Manager.
